Positions Available




  • Supervise mortgage loan department processors
  • Lock in rates with Freddie Mac
  • Maintain knowledge of Freddie Mac guidelines and Compliance and Banking Regulations for mortgage loans
  • Loan operating software maintenance (Mortgagebot, IDS and PCI/WizEnterprise) and problem resolution
  • Monitor the HMDA reporting for all departments
  • Complete monthly pre-closing audits (10% of closed loans)
  • Review invoices for Freddie Mac, BNY Mellon, Mortgagebot, IDS and Genworth underwriting for accurate charges and handle any disputes
  • Update ARM rate and index changes weekly
  • Quarterly reporting for Freddie Mac loans
  • Semi-annual default reporting for State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
  • Complete quarterly HMDA reporting requirements
  • Complete post-closing audits as assigned by internal auditor
  • Annual re-certifications as required for Freddie Mac, IHDA/US Bank and Loan Operating Software providers
  • Complete monthly MILAR reporting and submit to Genworth
  • Attend weekly loan officer meetings and take minutes


  • Back up for underwriting
  • Back up for Freddie Mac servicing tasks and daily reports and balancing
  • Back up for opening and closing of mortgage loan files
  • Provide operational support to loan officers
  • Monitor pipeline in Mortgagebot and follow up on pending violations
  • Research and develop new loan products
  • Additional projects as assigned

Experience Required:

  • Supervisory:    2-3 years
  • Knowledge in Mortgage Loan Processing/Freddie Mac: 4 years
  • Underwriting experience a real plus!
